[ # 14 ] [ # 13 ] The court notes that the appellants motion requesting docketing entries states that the appellant does not need transcripts. The clerk shall send the appellant a copy of the courts public docket. If the appellant would like copies of items in the district court record, he should make that request in the district court. The appellants motion concerning the filing fee asks the court to order five dollars to be resent. A review of the docket indicates that the appellant has not paid the appellate filing fees for this appeal and the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis remains pending in the district court. Further, according to this courts Miscellaneous Fee Schedule dated December 1, 2023, the fee for docketing a case on appeal or review is $600.00. There is an additional statutory fee of $5.00 that is collected under 28 U.S.C. 1917.
