ORDER re: Notice, filed on 1/10/2025. This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended until the appellants fee status has been resolved. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). A review of the docket shows that on December 13, 2024, the district court granted the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis and assessed a $40.28 initial partial filing fee which has yet to be paid. Accordingly, to the extent that the appellant seeks an extension of time, the appellant shall pay the initial partial filing fee in the district court by February 13, 2025. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this appeal. Further, the appellant shall file his overdue Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement by February 13, 2025. [ # 6 ] Sent Certified Mail.
