Specifically, the appellants motions for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis are currently pending before the district court. If the district court denies the appellants motions to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis, he may renew his requests with this court. The court notes that on December 13, 2023, the appellate filing fees for appeal no. 23-1926 were waived. Any request for outstanding balances or the application of the appellants payments should be made in the district court. Any other relief requested in the appellants letter is DENIED without court action, pursuant to the courts fee notices and orders dated February 12, 2025.
