ORDER The district court entered judgment in this case on February 14, 2025. The appellant mistakenly sent his notice of appeal to this court, which forwarded it to the district court, and appeal no. 25-1436 was opened. The appellant, after he realized his mistake, filed another notice of appeal in the district court on March 21 and a second appeal, 25-1477, was opened. Both filings seek to challenge the same district court judgment, and two separate appeals are not necessary. Accordingly, appeal no. 25-1477 is administratively CLOSED. No appellate filing fees for appeal no. 25-1477 shall be imposed. Proceedings in appeal no. 25-1436 remain suspended pending the district courts resolution of the appellants motion to proceed in forma pauperis.
