To the extent that the appellant seeks an extension of time, the motion is GRANTED, and the appellants overdue Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement and any transcript information sheet are due by July 10, 2025. The appellant shall either pay the $605.00 appellate filing fees or file a motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis in the district court by July 10, 2025. The clerk shall send the appellant transcript information sheet and asset affidavit forms, a copy of the Practitioners Handbook, and this courts instructions for preparing a docketing statement so the appellant may familiarize himself with the information that must be included in a Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement. In his docketing statement, the appellant should attempt to provide the information listed in the Pro Se Instructions, particularly the date of the district court judgment or order being challenged in this appeal. If appellant wishes to request an extension of time in which to file the notice of appeal, appellant should file an appropriate motion in the district court, not this court, as soon as possible. Appellants jurisdictional memorandum should include a discussion of the status of any such motion. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, appellant may file a notarized statement or declaration (in compliance with 28 U.S.C. 1746) setting forth the date the notice of appeal was deposited in the prisons internal mail system and stating whether first class postage was prepaid.
