ORDER: On July 22, 2025, this court granted appellant Jeffrey Luffman permission to use the Electronic Case Filing system for filing documents in this appeal. The order warned that the court would terminate Luffmans status as an electronic filer for any abuse of filing privileges. Between November 27 and December 2, 2025, Luffman has filed seventeen supplemental filings citing Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 28(j). These excessive filings are an abuse of Luffmans electronic filing privileges. Accordingly, Jeffrey Luffmans permission to file electronically in this appeal is REVOKED. This appeal is ready for resolution, and no further supplemental filings are necessary.
