ORDER: This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended until the appellants fee status has been determined. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). On December 15, 2025, and on January 23, 2026, the appellant filed motions for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis in this court. The paperwork is incomplete because it does not include a PLRA memorandum in support and trust fund account statement. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the appellant shall either pay the $605.00 appellate filing fees in the district court or file his PLRA memorandum and trust fund account statement in this court by February 25, 2026. In his memorandum, the appellant should explain why he believes the district courts denial of leave to appeal in forma pauperis was erroneous.
