ORDER re: Motion for relief from judgment due to mistake, which the court construes as a motion to recall the mandate. [ # 14 ] A review of the docket shows that on March 20, 2026, the appellant filed a PLRA memorandum. However, the paperwork was incomplete because it did not include the required asset affidavit. Accordingly, the request to recall the mandate is DENIED without prejudice to renewal in a motion that includes either confirmation that the appellant has paid the $605.00 appellate filing fees in the district court or a tendered asset affidavit. Any renewed motion is due by June 15, 2026. The clerk will send the appellant an asset affidavit form. CDH [15] [7525503] [25-3111] (PS) [Entered: 05/14/2026 10:57 AM]
