The petitioners shall pay the required docket fees to the clerk of the district court within fourteen days from the entry of this order pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 5(d)(1). Appellees Reginald Clay, Brandon Willis, and John Gregg shall file their brief(s) on or before November 19, 2025. 3. Appellants, including Union Pacific Railroad Company, shall file their reply briefs, if any, on or before December 10, 2025.
