ORDER issued DENYING Emergency Motion to Direct Docketing and Enforce Disability Accommodation Orders Under the All Writs Act and FRAP 21. Mapes seeks relief in a different district court case not under review in this appeal. Reviewing the substance of the motion and not relying on the title or label Mapes uses or any procedural errors, Mapess filing amounts to a request for a writ of mandamus. But a writ of mandamus is a drastic and extraordinary remedy and is not justified in this situation because the district court has not exceeded its authority or abused its discretion. Cheney v. U.S. Dist. Ct. for D.C., 542 U.S. 367, 380, (2004). And there is no other basis for this court to interfere with the district court's ongoing management of the case before it.
