Accordingly, the appellant shall file the required asset affidavit, trust fund account statement, and PLRA memorandum with the clerk of this court by June 17, 2026. In his memorandum, the appellant should explain why he believes the district courts denial of leave to appeal in forma pauperis was erroneous. Failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this appeal. The clerk will send the appellant an asset affidavit form. Finally, the appellant shall file his Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement by June 17, 2026. The appellant is reminded that this appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and, therefore, all proceedings are suspended pending the assessment and payment of any necessary fees.
