A review of the docket shows that the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis is pending in the district court. This court will not set a briefing schedule until the appellants fee status has been resolved. Accordingly, the court will take no action on the appellants request to set a briefing schedule. To the extent that the appellant seeks oral argument, the request will be considered by the court in accordance with Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 34. The appellant shall file her overdue Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement by March 24, 2026. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this appeal. To the extent that the appellant seeks copies of record items, that request should be made in the district court. The district court no longer transmits the record on appeal to this court. Because the record is electronic, it is available for this courts use without the need for transmission of a physical record. The court will have electronic access to the complete record on appeal when it considers the merits of this appeal. The appellant is reminded that she should order any necessary transcripts from the court reporter using the form prescribed by this court. Cir. R. 10(c).
