ORDER: Appellee's motion to dismiss based on defendant's fugitive status. According to the government, the appellant willfully absented herself from reporting for her sentence and remains a fugitive. And the appellant failed to respond to the governments motion. Accordingly, the government's motion is GRANTED and the appeal is DISMISSED pursuant to the fugitive disentitlement doctrine.
