ORDER: 1. Motion for petition for review of executive committee order, filed on 5/15/2026. 2. Motion for preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order, filed on 5/15/2026. This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended until the appellants fee status has been determined. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). A review of the docket indicates that the appellant's fee status has not yet been determined. The clerk will treat the appellants petition for review of executive committee order as his PLRA memorandum in support of his motion to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis and will update the docket accordingly. To the extent that the appellant seeks to proceed in forma pauperis with this court, his paperwork is incomplete because it does not include the required asset affidavit. Accordingly, the appellant shall file the required asset affidavit with the clerk of this court by June 18, 2026. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this appeal. The clerk shall send the appellant an asset affidavit form.
