To the extent that the appellant seeks to order transcripts in this appeal, they are reminded that they should order any necessary transcripts from the court reporter using the transcript information sheet form. Cir. R. 10(c). Further, any requests to have transcripts provided at the governments expense should be made in the district court in the first instance. In light of the foregoing, the appellants request waive fees for transcripts will be filed without further court action.
