ORDER: We DENY authorization to file a successive collateral attack and DISMISS the application. In keeping with our prior sanction order, no action will be taken on the request for mandamus relief. We caution Stapleton that frivolous or repetitive attempts to collaterally attack his convictions and sentence will lead to additional sanctions, including a fine and filing bar under Alexander v.
