To the extent that the appellant seeks to order transcripts, the appellant is reminded that she should order any necessary transcripts from the court reporter using the form prescribed by this court. Cir. R. 10(c). The clerk shall send the appellant a transcript information sheet form. Because the appellant is proceeding in forma pauperis, she may move in the district court that the fees for transcripts "be paid by the United States if the trial judge or a circuit judge certifies that the appeal is not frivolous (but presents a substantial question)." 28 U.S.C. 753(f).
