Generally, this court cannot remand when it lacks jurisdiction, see Jaquez v. United States, 36 F.4th 725, 728 (7th Cir. 2022), and this court asked appellant to address whether this court has jurisdiction over this appeal. If appellant agrees that this court lacks jurisdiction or otherwise does not wish to proceed with this appeal, she should file a motion for voluntary dismissal of the appeal under Rule 42(b) of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure. Appellant shall file any such motionor a memorandum addressing the jurisdictional issue identified in the courts order of June 15, 2026on or before July 14, 2026.
