Filing 2
ORDER: The court, on its own motion, orders that these appeals are CONSOLIDATED for purposes of briefing and disposition. A preliminary review of the short records suggests that the judgment may be deficient. The parties each shall file, on or before August 4, 2026, a brief memorandum addressing whether this court has jurisdiction over these appeals and whether these appeals should be remanded to the district court to enter a corrected judgment. The memorandums should distinguish between the possibilities that any deficiency in the judgment reflects (1) a mere clerical mistake, for which the court may remand for correction or (2) the absence of a final decision under 28 U.S.C. 1291, requiring the court to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Grunt Style , 140 F.4th at 844. Briefing is SUSPENDED pending further court order. Further, the appellants each shall file, on or before August 4, 2026, amended docketing statements that provide a complete statement of jurisdiction. In particular, each partys docketing statement fails to identify the citizenship of Geotab, Inc., and the statements should also provide the identity and citizenship of all the members of Sonrai Systems, LLC.
