ORDER: All parties shall file, on or before August 31, 2026, brief memorandums addressing whether this court has jurisdiction over this appeal and whether this appeal should be remanded to the district court to enter a corrected judgment. The memorandums should distinguish between the possibilities that any deficiency in the judgment reflects (1) a mere clerical mistake, for which the remedy is remand for correction or (2) the absence of a final decision under 28 U.S.C. 1291, requiring the court to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Grunt Style LLC v. TWD, LLC , 140 F.4th 839, 844 (7th Cir. 2025). A motion for voluntary dismissal under Rule 42(b) of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure will satisfy this requirement. Briefing is SUSPENDED pending further court order. (See order for further details) JXK [7548191] [2] [7548191] [26-2681] (PS) [Entered: 08/17/2026 02:44 PM]
