| Filing 6 Filed order MEDIATION (MAC): The in-person mediation, previously scheduled for January 31, 2019, will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019, at 10:00 am. at the Lloyd D. George U.S. Federal Courthouse, 333 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, Nevada (local contact: Alona Candito; 702-464-5456). Unless excused by the Circuit Mediator prior to the mediation, the following participants shall attend the mediation: on behalf of appellant/appellee Eric Chandler, Nancy Katafias, Tort Claims Administrator, Natalie Wood, Chief, Parole and Probation, Eric Chandler, and David Keene, Chandler's counsel; on behalf of appellee/appellant Aprintess Williams, Aprintess Williams, and Dustun Holmes and Brittnie Watkins, Williams' counsel. Participants shall have full authority to negotiate and settle the case on any terms at the conference, and should plan to spend the entire day engaged in meaningful settlement discussions. Mediation statements shall be served by e-mail on or before March 22, 2019 by 5:00 p.m... Mediation statements shall not be filed with the court. The Circuit Mediator will initiate a separate call with counsel for Williams only on March 27, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
