| Filing 2 Filed order (SANDRA S. IKUTA and N. RANDY SMITH) On June 21, 2018, the district court granted appellants motion to voluntarily dismiss his habeas petition without prejudice, entered judgment, and declined to issue a certificate of appealability. Appellant filed a motion for permission to appeal on May 10, 2019, which the district court denied on June 25, 2019, again declining to issue a certificate of appealability. Appellant now appeals from the June 21, 2018, judgment and the June 25, 2019, order. The requests for a certificate of appealability are dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. 2107, 2253(c)(2); Sneller v. City of Bainbridge Island, 606 F.3d 636, 638 (9th Cir. 2010) (Ordinarily, a voluntary dismissal without prejudice is not an appealable final judgment.); Concha v. London, 62 F.3d 1493, 1507 (9th Cir. 1995) (voluntary dismissal orders generally are not appealable). Any pending motions are denied as moot. DISMISSED.
