If appellant elects to file a statement explaining why the appeal should go forward, within 35 days after the date of this order, appellant must also supplement the in forma pauperis motion with a certified copy of appellants trust fund account statement for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the notice of appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). If the court dismisses the appeal as frivolous, this appeal may be counted as a strike under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). The briefing schedule for this appeal remains stayed.
