On March 15, 2019, the district court denied appellants request for extension of time to file an appeal. Within 21 days after the date of this order, appellant shall file a motion for voluntary dismissal of this appeal or show cause in writing why it should not be dismissed for lack of a timely notice of appeal. Appellee may respond within 10 days after service of appellants memorandum.
