| Filing 2 Filed order (Appellate Commissioner) On November 25, 2019, respondent Donald Charles Schwartz, Esq., notified this court, in writing, of his suspension from the practice of law in the State of California. The court construes respondents notice as consent to a concurrent suspension. Accordingly, respondent Schwartz is reciprocally suspended from the bar of the Ninth Circuit for one year, effective December 4, 2019. The Clerk shall amend this courts records to so reflect. At the conclusion of the suspension, respondent Schwartz may petition for reinstatement to the bar of the Ninth Circuit pursuant to Ninth Circuit Rule 46-29(h). Shwartz shall file a petition using the docket number 19-80171 and include a showing that he is a member of good standing of the bar of any state.
