On January 9, 2020, this court ordered appellant to explain in writing why this appeal should not be dismissed as frivolous. Upon a review of the record and the opening brief received January 21, 2020, we conclude this appeal is frivolous. We therefore deny appellants motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Docket Entry No. [ # 3 ]) and dismiss this appeal as frivolous, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2).
