September 24, 2020	Filing 10 Filed clerk order (Deputy Clerk: SZ): A review of the record and the parties filings in this court reflect that appellant is a civil detainee proceeding in forma pauperis. Accordingly, appellant is not required to make partial payments of fees pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1) and (2). See Page v. Torrey, 201 F.3d 1136, 1140 (9th Cir. 2000). This courts August 4, 2020 and August 17, 2020 orders directing appellant to submit a prisoner authorization form and authorizing collection of partial payments of fees (Docket Entry Nos. [ # 2 ] and [ # 5 ]-2) are therefore vacated as issued in error. The Clerk shall serve this order on the Attorney General for the State of Arizona, who shall notify the appropriate agency or prison authority responsible for collecting payments for this appeal to terminate the partial payments for this appeal No. 20-16471, and to return any partial payments already collected for this appeal No. 20-16471 to appellant. On December 18, 2019, appellant was permitted to proceed in forma pauperis in the district court, and such permission has not been revoked to date. Consequently, appellants in forma pauperis status continues in this court. See Fed. R. App. P. 24(a). The Clerk will update the fee status on this courts docket to reflect appellant is proceeding in forma pauperis without partial payments.
