The appointing authority shall send notification of the name, address, and telephone number of appointed counsel to the Clerk of this court at counselappointments@ca9.uscourts.gov within 14 days of locating counsel. New counsel shall designate the reporters transcript by September 4, 2020. The transcript is due October 5, 2020. Appellants opening brief and excerpts of record are due November 13, 2020; appellees answering brief is due December 14, 2020; and the optional reply brief is due within 21 days after service of the answering brief. Appellants Registration Number is 17180-046, and his housing status is not in BOP custody. Within 14 days after the date of this order, Assistant United States Attorney Julie Patten shall serve this order on appellant and provide this court with proof of service, including appellants current address.
