| Filing 10 Filed order (Appellate Commissioner): On May 8, 2020, appellants counsel, Mike Stepovich, was directed to file for reinstatement to the bar of the Ninth Circuit, as he was removed from the roll of attorneys authorized to practice in this court on May 12, 2017, on the basis of his suspension by the Alaska Supreme Court.
