| Filing 22 Filed order (Deputy Clerk: LCC) On January 27, 2020, this court ordered appellants, within 21 days, to pay to the district court the $505.00 filing and docketing fees for this appeal or to file in this court a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Appellants did not comply with the courts January 27, 2020 order. On March 17, 2020, appellants filed a motion requesting, among other things, an extension of time until December 31, 2020 to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. On April 2, 2020, this court granted appellants request for an extension in part and directed appellants to file any motion to proceed in forma pauperis on or before May 4, 2020. Appellants did not comply with the courts April 2, 2020 order. The courts January 27, 2020 and April 2, 2020 orders warned appellants that failure to comply would result in the automatic dismissal of the appeal by the Clerk of the Court. To date, appellants have not complied with the courts orders. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See 9th Cir. R. 42-1.
