Therefore, although appellant filed a pro se notice of appeal, counsel Aed remains responsible for prosecuting this appeal. The Clerk will enter on the docket as appointed counsel of record: Michael J. Aed, Esq., 2115 Kern St., Fresno, CA 93721, 559-825-4600. If counsel wishes to withdraw, within 21 days of this order, he must file in this court a motion to withdraw that complies with the requirements of Ninth Circuit Rule 4-1(c).
