The previously established briefing schedule is vacated. Appellate proceedings are stayed until issuance of a decision in consolidated cases Carr v. Saul, Sup. Ct. Dkt. No. 19-1442, and Davis v. Saul, Sup. Ct. Dkt. No. 20-105, or until further order of this court. The parties shall file a status report on June 28, 2021 and every 90 days thereafter while Carr v. Saul and Davis v. Saul remain pending. Status reports should include any change in the status of these cases and the estimated date of decision, if known. The parties shall notify the court by filing a status report within 7 days of issuance of a decision in Carr v. Saul and Davis v. Saul.
