SANCHEZ By order dated November 14, 2022, this court granted the applicants motion for an extension of time to file a supplemental application for authorization to file a second or successive 28 U.S.C. 2254 habeas corpus petition. The order informed applicant that the court would adjudicate the application filed at Docket Entry No. 1 if he did not file the supplemental application by December 30, 2022. To date, the applicant has not filed a supplemental application. The court, therefore, has reviewed only Docket Entry No. 1. The application is denied without prejudice to filing a new application that complies with the requirements of Ninth Circuit Rule 22-3.....The Clerk will serve the applicant with the standard form application for leave to file a second or successive petition.
