The September 7, 2022 order warned appellant that failure to comply would result in the automatic dismissal of the appeal by the Clerk of the Court. Although appellant filed a notice of intent to prosecute, a review of the record reflects that appellant has not paid the filing fees or filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, or filed a timely opening brief.
