We lack jurisdiction to review an immigration courts notice rejecting a motion to reopen and reconsider a credible fear determination issued in expedited removal proceedings. See 8 U.S.C. 1252(a)(2); Singh v. Barr, 982 F.3d 778, 781, 782 (9th Cir. 2020) (8 U.S.C. 1252 circumscribes judicial review of motions to reopen credible fear determinations and where Congress explicitly withdraws our jurisdiction . . . our authority to review motions to reconsider or to reopen is withdrawn); see also Guerrier v. Garland, 18 F.4th 304, 306 (9th Cir. 2021) (no jurisdiction to review colorable constitutional claim arising from expedited removal proceedings). The governments motion to dismiss this petition for lack of jurisdiction (Docket Entry No. 11) is granted. The motion for a stay of removal is denied. The temporary stay of removal is lifted.
