BUMATAY This petition for review was improperly filed in the Ninth Circuit, because the immigration judge completed proceedings in the Fourth Circuit. See 8 U.S.C. 1252(b)(2) (The petition for review shall be filed with the court of appeals for the judicial circuit in which the immigration judge completed the proceedings.). We decline to transfer the petition to the Fourth Circuit because it is untimely. See 8 U.S.C. 1252(b)(1); Bibiano v. Lynch, 834 F.3d 966, 973-74 (9th Cir. 2016). The motion to dismiss the petition for lack of jurisdiction (Docket Entry No. 8) is granted. The courts June 13, 2023, orders to show cause are vacated. PETITION FOR REVIEW DISMISSED.
