ORDER FILED. The governments motion (Docket Entry No. 4) to stay appellate proceedings is granted. The previously established briefing schedule is vacated. Appellate proceedings are stayed until the district court issues a final restitution order, or until further order of this court. The government shall file a status report on December 13, 2023 and every 90 days thereafter while district court proceedings are pending. Status reports should include: any change in the status and the estimated date of resolution, if known. The government shall notify the court by filing a status report and motion for further relief within 7 days of the district courts issuance of a final restitution order. Failure to file a status report will terminate the stay of appellate proceedings. The briefing schedule will be reset in a future order.
