On April 18, 2023, this court ordered appellant, within 21 days, to pay to the district court the $505.00 filing and docketing fees for this appeal and to file in this court proof of such payment, or to file in this court a motion to proceed in forma pauperis by completing a CJA Form 23. To date, the court has not received proof of payment or appellants completed financial affidavit. Appellant will have one final opportunity to comply with the courts order of April 18, 2023.
