ORDER FILED. Lisa B. Fitzgerald, Appellate Commissioner. The court sua sponte consolidates Appeal Nos. 24-5151 and 24-5232. The motion (Docket Entry No. 3) of appellants appointed counsel Yi Lin Zheng to withdraw as counsel of record and to appoint new counsel for these consolidated appeals is granted. The clerk will electronically serve this order on the appointing authority for the District of Nevada, who will locate appointed counsel. The appointing authority is requested to send notification of the name, address, and telephone number of appointed counsel to the clerk of this court at [email protected] within 14 days of locating counsel. Appellants new counsel must order the reporters transcripts through submission of a CJA Form 24 to the district court by September 16, 2024. The transcripts are due October 16, 2024. The consolidated opening brief is due November 25, 2024. The consolidated answering brief is due December 26, 2024. The optional consolidated reply brief is due within 21 days after service of the answering brief.
