The parties must include both case numbers on all future filings. Petitioners in forma pauperis status, granted in No. 24-3612, continues in these consolidated cases. Accordingly, the motion (Docket Entry No. 3 in No. 25-1554) to proceed in forma pauperis is unnecessary. The motion (Docket Entry No. 32 in No. 24-3612; Docket Entry No. 13 in No. 25-1554) to expedite consideration of the motion to stay removal is granted. The supplemented motion (Docket Entry Nos. 2, 13 in No. 24-3612; Docket Entry No. 2 in No. 25-1554) to stay removal is granted. See Nken v. Holder, 556 U.S. 418, 434 (2009); Leiva-Perez v. Holder, 640 F.3d 962, 964-65 (9th Cir. 2011). The stay of removal remains in place until the mandate issues. The motion (Docket Entry No. 27 in 24-3612) for a stay of proceedings is granted. The motions (Docket Entry Nos. 23, 29 in No. 24-3612) to lift the stay of proceedings in No. 24-3612 are denied. Proceedings in these consolidated petitions are stayed pending this courts en banc decision in United States v. Gomez, No. 23-435, or further order of this court.
