The motions (Docket Entry Nos. 23, 29 in No. 24-3612) to lift the stay of proceedings in No. 24-3612 are denied. Proceedings in these consolidated petitions are stayed pending this courts en banc decision in United States v. Gomez, No. 23-435, or further order of this court.
