ORDER FILED. (Holly A. THOMAS, Ana DE ALBA, Jed S. Rakoff). This court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal because the June 16, 2025 notice of appeal does not challenge a final or immediately appealable order entered by the district court. See 28 U.S.C. 1291; United States v. Washington, 573 F.2d 1121, 1122 (9th Cir. 1978) (order denying motion to disqualify judge is not final or appealable). This appeal is therefore dismissed. See 9th Cir. R. 3-6(b) (if court determines it lacks jurisdiction, court may dismiss appeal without notice or further proceedings). The motion (Docket Entry No. 12) to seal is granted. The clerk will file publicly the motion to seal (Docket Entry No. 12.1). The clerk will maintain under seal Docket Entry Nos. 3, 4, 7, 8, and 12.2. The motion (Docket Entry Nos. 4 and 8) to stay the district courts June 26, 2025 order is denied as moot. DISMISSED. [Entered: 07/02/2025 06:04 PM]
