ORDER FILED. The court has received the parties joint status report (Docket Entry No. 13 in Appeal No. 25-4375). Appeal Nos. 25-4375, 25-4377, 25-4380, and 25-4395 are consolidated. Appellants opening briefs are due November 18, 2026. To the greatest extent practicable, one appellant will brief joint issues, which the other appellants may join. See Circuit Advisory Committee Note to Ninth Circuit Rule 32-2. Each appellant may file an individual brief to address issues specific to that appellant. Appellants will also file joint excerpts of record. The consolidated answering brief is due May 18, 2027. Appellee may file an oversized brief of up to 36,000 words. The reply briefs are due July 16, 2027. [25-4375, 25-4395, 25-4377, 25-4380] [Entered: 12/12/2025 09:36 AM]

ORDER FILED. The completed questionnaires in these cases show that the appeals are related and would benefit from coordination. Within 35 days, appellee and all appellants must file a joint statement that (1) states whether there will be any joint briefing; (2) identifies the parties, if any, who will also submit individual briefs and why, (3) proposes a briefing schedule. Appellants are encouraged to submit a joint brief covering common issues of fact and law to the greatest extent practicable. See Committee Note to 9th Cir. If the parties are unable to reach agreement within 35 days, any party may file a written request for a case management conference with the courts CJA Administrative Attorney, Sara Rief.
