ORDER FILED. The parties previously appealed the district courts November 20, 2024 order granting defendant One Finance, Inc.s motion to dismiss (appeal Nos. 25-1290 and 25-1292). In those appeals, this court ordered the parties either to file motions to voluntarily dismiss or to explain why the appeals should not be dismissed, because the claims against defendant Coinbase, Inc. (Coinbase) remained pending in the district court. The parties ultimately voluntarily dismissed appeal Nos. 25-1290 and 25-1292. . . . Within 21 days, each party must either file a motion to voluntarily dismiss their respective appeal or file a statement explaining why it should not be dismissed. If either party does not do so, the court will dismiss their appeal. See 9th Cir. R. 42-1. If either party files a statement, the other party may file a response within 10 days. Briefing is stayed.
