For the accuracy of the docket and with respect to any potential recusals, the court must list, either as a separate party or in the case management system, the named parties in a case. A review of the district court docket indicates that the named parties in the Reseller Class are: Now Micro, Inc.; Business Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. d/b/a Network One; IT Worx, Inc.; Stephen Arvay; and, Michael Medeiros. See Proposed Reseller Plaintiffs Third Consolidated Amended Complaint, District Court Docket No. 418. A review of the district court docket indicates that the named parties in the End-User Class are attached to Exhibit A to the order. See End-User Plaintiffs Fourth Amended Consolidated Class Action Complaint, District Court Docket No. 693. Within seven days after the date of this order, respondents must file a response to this order, using the filing type Respond to Court Order, stating if there are any errors in the courts list of named parties in the Reseller Class or End-User Class. If no objections are filed, the Clerks Office will update the docket to separately list all the named Reseller Class parties and will update, in the case management system, all parties within the End-User Class.
