This court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal because the docket entries challenged in the notice of appeal are not final or appealable post-judgment orders entered by the district court. See 28 U.S.C. 1291; American Ironworks & Erectors, Inc. v. North Am. Constr. Corp., 248 F.3d 892, 898 (9th Cir. 2001) (court lacks jurisdiction to review an appeal from a post-judgment order that is a mere ministerial order). This appeal is therefore dismissed. See 9th Cir.
