The court is inclined to appoint pro bono counsel to represent J.L. in these cross-appeals. If the court does not receive a written objection within 14 days of this order, the court will appoint counsel and set a new cross-appeal briefing schedule. The clerk will send a copy of this order to J.L.s guardian ad litem, Naixiang Lian, at P.O. Box 134, Redmond, WA 98073. The request (included in Docket Entry No. 6) and the motion (Docket Entry No. 11) to maintain Docket Entry Nos. 4 and 10 under seal are granted, subject to reconsideration by the merits panel. The clerk will maintain under seal the motion to withdraw and the mediation questionnaire at Docket Entry Nos. 4 and 10. The motion (Docket Entry No. 9) for an extension of time to file the mediation questionnaire is denied as unnecessary. All other requests included in Docket Entry No. 9 are denied because interested party Lian may not represent appellant pro se. See Johns v.
