ORDER FILED. The motions to consolidate (Docket Entry No. 14 in No. 25-4079; Docket Entry No. 9 in No. 25-6045; Docket Entry No. 3 in Nos. 25-6497 and 25-7163) are granted. Appeal Nos. 25-4079, 25-6045, 25-6497, and 25-7163 are consolidated. The district court has denied appellants leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis. Appellants have filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal in appeal Nos. 25-4079 and 25-6045. Appellants have filed a statement that appeal No. 25-4079 should go forward in response to the July 25, 2025 order. Within 35 days, appellant must: (1) file a statement explaining why appeal Nos. 25-6045, 25-6497, and 25-7163 are not frivolous, AND (2) file motions to proceed in forma pauperis Nos. 25-6497 and 25-7163, OR (3) file motions to voluntarily dismiss the appeals, see Fed. R. App. P. 42(b). If appellants file statements explaining why the appeals are not frivolous, or any other response other than a motion to dismiss, the court will determine whether the appeals are frivolous. If they are frivolous, the appeals will be dismissed. If they are not frivolous, the appeals will proceed. If appellants file a statement that the appeals should go forward, appellees may file a response within 10 days after service of appellants statement. Briefing is stayed. If appellants do not respond to this order, the court may dismiss the appeals without further notice. The clerk will serve on appellants: (1) a form motion to voluntarily dismiss the appeal, (2) a form statement that the appeal should go forward, and (3) a Form 4 financial affidavit.
