ORDER FILED. Appellants motion to proceed in forma pauperis does not include a financial affidavit. Within 35 days, appellant must submit a completed Form 4. If appellant does not do so, the motion to proceed in forma pauperis may be denied. It appears that this appeal may be frivolous.
