The motion (Docket Entry No. 7) to expedite is granted in part. The answering brief is due within 30 days of this order. The optional reply brief is due within 21 days of service of the answering brief. In addition to any other arguments the government wishes to raise, the answering brief must address whether the special condition requiring appellant to take all medications as prescribed by a psychiatrist/physician, and not discontinue any medication without permission, includes antipsychotic medication and, if so, whether the district court made adequate findings to support the condition. See United States v. Williams, 356 F.3d 1045, 1053-57 (9th Cir. 2004). No streamlined extensions of time to file a brief will be approved. See 9th Cir. R. 31-2.2(a)(1). No written motions for extensions of time under Ninth Circuit Rule 31-2.2(b) will be granted absent extraordinary and compelling circumstances.
