ORDER FILED. LEE, DESAI, and JOHNSTONE, Circuit Judges. Pending before the court are the applicants four applications for authorization to file second or successive 28 U.S.C. 2254 habeas corpus petitions: Case Nos. 25-7345, 25-7757, 26-664, and 26-952. Case Nos. 25-7345 and 26-664 were opened when the district court transferred, pursuant to Ninth Circuit Rule 22-3, the applicants 2254 petitions in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington Case Nos. 2:25-cv-00425-MKD and 2:25-cv-00524-MKD, respectively. The applicant objects to these transfers, and he seeks to dismiss Case Nos. 25-7345 and 26-664. We treat the applicants requests as motions to withdraw Case Nos. 25-7345 and 26-664, and we grant the motions. These applications are deemed withdrawn. The applicants request (Docket Entry No. 5 filed in Case No. 25-7345) for a copy of the habeas petition transferred to this court is granted. The clerk will send the applicant a copy of Docket Entry No. 2 filed in Case No. 25-7345. The applications for authorization to file second or successive 2254 petitions in Case Nos. 25-7757 and 26-952, as supplemented, are denied. The applicant has not made a prima facie showing under 28 U.S.C. 2244(b)(2) that: (A) the claim relies on a new rule of constitutional law, made retroactive to cases on collateral review by the Supreme Court, that was previously unavailable; or (B)(i) the factual predicate for the claim could not have been discovered previously through the exercise of due diligence; and (ii) the facts underlying the claim, if proven and viewed in light of the evidence as a whole, would be sufficient to establish by clear and convincing evidence that, but for constitutional error, no reasonable factfinder would have found the applicant guilty of the underlying offense. Any pending motions are denied as moot. No further filings will be entertained in Case Nos. 25-7345, 25-7757, 26-664, and 26-952. Case Nos. 25-7345 and 26-664 are now closed. Case Nos. 25-7757 and 26-952 are DENIED. [25-7345, 25-7757, 26-664, 26-952] [Entered: 04/23/2026 04:53 PM]
